For the perfect custom plush, we need clear, close-up images of your buddy’s face and chest. To ensure we accurately capture their unique features and turn them into an awesome piece of art, please make sure the pictures you submit feature only the pet you are cloning/customizing. This helps us focus solely on their details and create a truly one-of-a-kind plush replica for you!

What size will my Pet Doll be?

They are made in a standard size range of 4 to 24 inches in length, excluding the tail. The actual size you will receive is based on many factors, including the type of pet, breed, and artistic interpretation. The following chart can help determine what size to anticipate based on pet type. Small Animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc) typically are 4 to 8 inches in length; dogs/cats are typically 11 to 24 inches in length; and horses (other large animals) are typically 20 to 24 inches in length. Exact size is never guaranteed, but you can request a specific size within this range in the characteristic or notes fields when placing your order.

What are Pet Doll Made Of?

They are handmade using plush materials. We choose from literally thousands of synthetic fabrics to find the best match for your pet. The most common plush materials we use are polyester and acrylic. We also utilize water-based airbrushing techniques to get certain color effects. All materials and parts used to make pet dolls are upheld to the strictest safety measures.

Is it possible to have storage for ashes or other items in my Pet Doll?

It sure is! You can add an optional zipper pouch to the order. This special feature is an additional $20. You will be able to select this option as an add-on when placing your order.
